Hi, I’m Nicole

and I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves.

As an eclectic and integrative therapist, I like to create an approach with you that meets you where you’re at and helps you move inwards and towards where you want to be. I love working with anyone who is curious and ready to dive in. Let’s grieve, deepen, and play together.

This practice is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic and evidence-based techniques. I integrate specialized training in Internal Family Systems (parts work), Sex Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy with approaches like ecotherapy, somatic experiencing, harm reduction, existentialism, Jungian and depth work, and transpersonal psychology. A consistently held intersectional lens ensures that our work honors the ways in which cultural systems have shaped your lived experience as well as all identities, relationship styles, and ways of being.

A little bit about me: I am a musician, former line cook and active kitchen witch, an avid reader, storyteller, and lifetime learner, a tree loving and dirt worshipping barefoot walker, and a true believer in the power of witnessing and being witnessed. I am called to this work in part because I wholeheartedly believe that in healing ourselves on the individual level and tapping into our own wise center, we can generate healing that ripples out through the greater systems that we are apart of. This work is a true vocation for me and I feel a sense of awe on a daily basis at getting to connect with and walk alongside the humans who want to work with me. If you’re here, I would love the chance to get to know you, too.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK TOGETHER?

Our work together can take many forms. One session might look like climbing a tree, sitting on a rock, or hiking together during an ecotherapy session; another might involve coloring while we unpack childhood memories or try on different lenses to explore the power of your dreams. It might look like bringing your innate Self energy to the parts who are aching to be heard. We may explore spiritual emergence and how you orient yourself toward the unknown. Our work can also include exploring altered states of consciousness through Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, or supporting your preparation for and integration of experiences you may be engaging with on your own.

This work can often feel very vulnerable and raw, which is why I also believe you should know you are sitting across from another human who will work to build a relationship of trust with you. I endeavor to be a person who consistently shows up with and for you, even in hard moments. Shining the light on your shadows can be hard and painful at times, but it can also be interesting, exciting, playful, and joyful. It would be my honor to walk alongside you for whatever arises on this part of your journey.
