Hi, I’m Nicole
and I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves.
As an eclectic and integrative therapist, I strive to bring together a range of tools in order to create an approach that meets you where you are.
I tend to work most often with people drawn to holistic healing, identity and ancestry work, and exploring their place in this vast universe—sex, life, death, and everything in between. My practice often includes working with altered states of consciousness and trying on different healing modalities. I frequently work with creatives who are drawn to a therapeutic approach that resonates with the depth and rhythm of their own creative process. Many of the people I work with have lived experiences of trauma, consider themselves a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and/or identify as neurodivergent. That said, there’s also room here for those who don’t see themselves in these categories but feel called to this work. I love working with anyone who is curious and ready to dive in. Let’s grieve, deepen, and play together.
This practice is trauma-informed and grounded in psychodynamic and evidence-based techniques. I integrate specialized training in Sex Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and preparation/integration work, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and EMDR with approaches like somatic experiencing, harm reduction, existentialism, depth work, dream work, and transpersonal psychology. A consistently held intersectional lens ensures that our work honors the ways in which cultural systems have shaped your lived experience as well as all identities, relationship styles, and ways of being.
WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK TOGETHER?
Our work together can take many forms, shaped by you, me, what we’re exploring, your intentions, and all the little variables that shift from day to day. One session might look like climbing a tree or hiking together during an ecotherapy session; another might involve coloring while we unpack childhood memories and try on different lenses to explore the power of your dreams. It might look like simply being witnessed in your lived experience, or tuning into the parts of you that are aching to be heard. We may explore spiritual emergence and how you orient yourself toward the unknown. Our work can also include exploring altered states of consciousness through Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, or supporting your preparation for and integration of experiences you may be engaging with on your own.
This work can often feel very vulnerable and raw, which is why I also believe you should know you are sitting across from another human who will work to build a relationship of trust with you. I endeavor to be a person who consistently shows up with and for you, even in hard moments. Shining the light on your shadows is hard and painful work, but it can also be interesting, exciting, and joyful. It would be a profound honor to walk alongside you for whatever arises on this part of your journey.
