THE ROOTED WOMB
An ecotherapy circle for those who bleed, rooting into body and Earth to reclaim the birthright of connection.
The Rooted Womb is a therapist-held ecotherapy circle that weaves together earth-based ritual, somatic healing, and relational therapy. This intimate group invites you to root into the rhythms of your body and the land, guided by practices like dreamwork, song, movement, and ritual.
Together, we’ll tend the space where therapy meets ceremony, where healing happens in connection with Self, Earth, and each other.
WHAT: Each session will weave therapeutic support with earth-based practice. We’ll work with herbal allies, somatic awareness, ritual, and seasonal rhythms to deepen connection to body and land.
Your facilitators will offer nourishing elements such as cacao, custom womb-supportive tea blends, broth, and grounding ritual tools. You’ll be supported in cycle tracking and gently guided to explore how the seasons of your body mirror those of the Earth.
There will be space for group process and sharing, alongside invitations to cultivate your own individual relationship with womb, land, and inner knowing.
WHEN: This fall series includes 5 sessions over 2 months:
Sept 5, Sept 19, Oct 3, Oct 24, Oct 31
(Please note: dates may shift slightly based on group interest and availability.)
Sessions are spaced intentionally to allow time for integration, reflection, and noticing the changing seasons within and around you, while still maintaining the integrity of our shared container.

WHY: We live in a time of disconnection from our bodies, from the Earth, and from ancient ways of knowing. This circle is a return.
Those who bleed carry the imprint of seasons within. When we root into this rhythm, we come into deeper reciprocity with the Earth’s cycles as well.
BY TENDING THE WOMB, WE TEND THE WORLD.
WHERE: Gatherings will be held outdoors in the Oakland Hills. Exact location will be shared upon registration. Your facilitators will provide items to help create a comfortable space for our time together in nature.
WHO: A small, intimate group of 4–6 people who bleed, called to gather in shared ritual, reflection, and rooted connection.
This group is for people who bleed who feel called to slow down, listen deeply, and live in rhythm with the seasons. Whether you're in a moment of transition, healing, grief, or renewal, this space is for you. No experience with ritual or ecotherapy is required, just a longing to root more fully into your body and belonging.
Meet your facilitators
Nicole, APCC (she/her) is an integrative therapist, ecotherapy practitioner, and ritualist who blends relational, somatic, and transpersonal approaches. Her work is rooted in parts work, trauma-informed care, and earth-based healing.
She’s drawn to this work by a deep trust in the body’s wisdom, the power of collective ritual, and the healing that unfolds when we reconnect with land, cycle, and self. Nicole brings a love of song, food, and storytelling into the circle, tending to the space with presence and care.
KT, AMFT/APCC (she/her) is an integrative therapist whose work is grounded in depth psychology, liberation frameworks, and embodied healing. With a background in birthwork, song-circle facilitation, and a devotion to intergenerational repair, she holds therapy as a ritual of reconnection—to Self, ancestry, and belonging.
KT is called to this work by a reverence for the wisdom held in the body and a belief that healing emerges through renewed relationship with self, lineage, and the living world. Her presence is warm, intuitive, and attuned, inviting each participant to move at the pace of trust.
Together, Nicole and KT bring reverence, groundedness, and a spirit of play to the groups they co-create. They are experienced facilitators with a shared commitment to healing in community. Most recently, they held the second cycle of their Dream Group at Alchemy Community Therapy Center, a nonprofit dedicated to accessible psychedelic and talk therapy for all.
